Herb was so great to think up a fun adventure for Dane (and the rest of us!) Knowing how much Dane adores riding the train-- we headed to San Juan Capistrano Train Depot, caught the train there and then headed down to Oceanside for lunch. Dane was thrilled as one might well imagine. Other highlights included lunch at Ruby’s, Blake’s surfing stories, pelican watching on the pier, and beautiful views of the coastline from inside the train. Thanks to Grandpa for his thoughtful idea!
