Very easy to make! I found the Frankenstein pudding cups idea in a magazine- can't remember which one, but it's simple: just make pudding, color it green, then add crushed oreos for the hair.
The ghosts I've been making since college when my dear friend Erin started the tradition. You melt white chocolate, spread it out on wax paper in the shape of a ghost, then add mini chocolate chips for the eyes. Evelyn loves making these ghosts every year.
