It's hard for a little soon-to-be two year old boy to spend most of his time indoors. But it's been way too cold to spend much of anytime outdoors. The wind chill is biting- sometimes it can take your breath away! Really, really cold.
Evelyn has school every morning, so she gets out. And even without school, she is thoroughly entertained by her polly pockets, my little ponies, and art projects indoors. Dane, on the other hand, has a lot of energy, and is not as thrilled by play time indoors.
We've resorted to weekly "Y" outings, Children's Museums, and Sing Alongs at the local restaurants. We do this while Evy is at school- and it has been pleasant for both of us to get out.
