We had a great party with all of our extended family before we left for home. It can be challenging to see everyone when we are only there for a short time. Blake's family live everywhere from Palos Verdes to Irvine, to Coto area. So, a party is the perfect solution! Herb cooked his WONDERFUL prime rib. Evelyn played with cousins Conner and Bradly. We met awesome new members of the family (Blake’s cousin Casey married Breanna over the summer.) We were delighted to see Geraldine (Blake’s grandmother), and all of Blake’s second cousins, aunts and uncles, great aunt and uncle and cousins. Evelyn and Conner performed show songs. Evelyn continued to perform songs she had made up out of thin air, one in particularly entitled "no one will marry me." The kids went swimming and then we called it a night. Great way to end our trip!!
