I think Dane had a rather nice day. We certainly didn't plan anything major--just a small party across the hall to celebrate both Jack and Dane's birthdays (they are one day apart.) The party was fun- thanks to Megan and Criswell! The kids made valentines, ate pizza, played with new toys and sang happy birthday before devouring chocolate cupcakes. But most of the day, Dane was thrilled to play with his new imaginext toys-- a space rocket, a couple of dinosaurs, and a puzzle or two.
I did put together goodie bags for all the little ones at Dane's school-- where we had a small valentine party today. Cute idea from Family Fun to fill a bag with candy and a shovel-- then attach the words "I DIG you, Valentine!" Dane was thrilled to hand these out to his little friends.
