It’s official! Mara and Danny were married on May 7th at the LDS Boston temple. It was such a treat to be a part of it all. Mara looked gorgeous as she always does. And Danny was handsome and beaming ear to ear. I must say, it was one of the most special ceremonies I’ve ever attended as I felt so thrilled for the union of two these two amazing people. Many of our Brooklyn friends drove up to share the day. I had the pleasure of riding up with Michelle and Angie and then sleeping peacefully through the night in a lovely hotel before heading out the next morning to participate in all the festivities. Blake was wonderful to spend the weekend with the children—and in particular with Grant who had refused the bottle for over a month. We just hoped and prayed that he would be flexible and accommodating and he sure was! But seriously, how great was Blake to take all three overnight and with the uncertainty of the whole bottle situation? It was an awesome mother’s day gift and I truly felt so so happy that I was able to be there with all of my friends to witness such a beautiful day. CONGRATULATIONS Mara and Danny!
