So so much fun to watch Anna's first theatrical debut as Abu in the play Aladdin! She was absolutely the cutest little performer you could ever imagine! And Evelyn, of course, was a pro on stage. She desperately wanted to play the part of Jasmine and she was cast as such, she was thrilled. Of course, these plays are more children's theatre and not very professional. But it was a great experience for the two girls to do this together. I was grateful Evelyn was always there for Anna and for a four year old- Anna was wonderfully behaved and mature. It was a blast. So proud of these two girls of mine. And watching them do what they love to do is probably one of my all time favorite things in life. I love their little personalities and the spirit they bring to the world.
It was wonderful to have Grandma and Grandpa come down for the day and of course, Grammy and Papa were there too. Anna and Ev had a cheering section in the back of all of our family friends- the Douds, Joffs, Ashcrafts and Poulsons who had come to support them. It was very sweet and Ev felt like a star when a couple of little girls asked to get a picture with her!
