Such a fun day! We had four art stations set up throughout the house/backyard for the girls to participate in. #1: Self portraits, #2 Create a Turkey, #3 Canvas Painting, and #4 Beading. After the girls picked out their aprons, they got right to work and seemed to enjoy each station... it was a very cute group of girls and luckily they were all very interested in art.
After stations, the girls created rainbow fruit kabobs and sang happy birthday to Evelyn. Evy's friend Faria's mother created the cake. I was so grateful, as I know next to nothing about fondant! Grandma drove down to help with the stations and hold Anna in between naps. She was such a huge help and provided for wonderful comic relief throughout the day as she always does! Don't think I could have done it without her.
The girls were excited to display their various art projects all throughout the backyard for parents to view at the end of the party. Most importantly, Evelyn was thrilled with how the party turned out. So, although the day was a tad bit exhausting, it was well worth it!
