This year for her birthday, Evelyn decided to host a small gathering of her closest friends. It was really so cute to watch her come up with a party plan in extremely vivid detail. She wanted four stations: a photo prop station, a music.ly station, a games station with "would you rather?" tween question and truth or dare tween version.... oh, also a game with trivia questions all about her! She wanted a movie station with a popcorn bar at the end and then Japanese food from her favorite restaurant for dinner. No cake! No desserts at all as treats tend to upset her stomach. Evelyn invited Lily, Paige, Reha, Rebecca and Saanvi. It was such a fun night and Evelyn was spoiled by her darling friends. They know her so well and she walked away with all sorts of fun make up supplies, clothes, gift cards and lotions/shampoos. Blake and I ordered her a professional microphone and stand, her special photo book, and Grammy and Papa sent her $$ for a few outfits and makeup. Earlier in the month, as part of her birthday celebration, Aunt Stac and I took her to Universal Studios and the Grove to shop. This is always her biggest thrill! And as an extra little bonus surprise, I strung lights in her room and around her dresser. I think her birthday was the perfect day:)
