We had a very special visitor this past week~ Uncle Troy! He flew out to see us one last time before heading to Iraq for 15 months. We had such a wonderful time. We walked all over Manhattan, and Brooklyn. We drove to New Jersey to visit the Jersey Shore and the Safari Wild Animal Adventure. Troy helped with the kids all weekend- he was such a pro! Both Evy and Dane adore their Uncle and it was so fun to see them together. We were all heartbroken to see him go, as you can imagine. Troy is a hero and so brave in every way. We are proud of him and grateful for his service to our country.
