Five of many things I love about Fall

1.  Pumpkin Recipes... like this one~

Pumpkin Mousse
1 15 oz. can solid pumpkin
1 6 serving package vanilla instant pudding mix
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups cool whip
In medium bowl, at medium speed, beat pumpkin, pudding mix, milk and cinnamon until blended.  Fold in cool whip until well blended. Chill

The scent is so great and fills an entire room!  Our apartment is so small that the scent fills our entire apartment!

3.  Autumn Tunes
A dear friend (Jenny) thought of this great idea to put together a beautiful CD of Fall music. Here are a few of the songs she included and some other favorites I have added over the years.

Autumn Allegro... Vivaldi
The Great Pumpkin Waltz.... Vince Guaraldi (Charlie Brown)
'Tis Autumn..... Esther Phillips
Autumn in New York... Frank Sinatra
Ode to  a Butterfly.... Nickel Creek
Autumn Leaves... Vince Guaraldi
Fall....No Second Troy
September Song... Ella Fitzgerald
Autumn... Jimmy Williams
Sea... George Winston's Autumn

4.  Fall, Halloween, and Thanksgiving Card Making
I love my leaf punch... I can always think of so many fun designs for cards and tags for gifts.
I never thought I would enjoy paper crafts until a good friend (Kristen) forced it on me!  I don't know why, but it seems like I throw more parties in the Fall, and I give more gifts. It's just a very fun time of year to think of giving and spending time with friends and family.

5.  Apple Orchards and Pumpkin Patches
Lots to choose from on the east coast.  We visited this one last weekend, called Applewood Orchard.  Evy preferred to pick the apples off of the ground, rather than off of the tree, but it was still a lot of fun.
