I have had such a fantastic week! Nancy came out to visit and she and I were able to go see Wicked at the Gershwin Theatre. I LOVED it. If anyone out there has not had the chance to see it- you must go! It's such a great show and I loved all of the music and the screen play. The set was amazing and the acting was top notch. I'm still a little giddy over the whole thing.
Then, as if that weren't enough; because Grandma was in town, Blake and I were able to go out to a show the very next night for my birthday. I had tracked closely the reality TV show- "You're the One that I Want" back in February, and I was eager to see Grease on Broadway ever since that time. It was so great! Loved it! I've always been a big Grease fan- I wanted to be Olivia Newton John when I was a kid (I know...weird, but true). The show was very well done and I had a wonderful time out on the town with Blake.
Oh- and I can't forget to mention the yummy desserts at Roxy's. Here's me eating not one, but two desserts on my big day!
