Many of my friends have newborns right now. It's really cute to have them over to our house. Evelyn just adores playing with the babies- entertaining them. She loves the really small babies- and begs to hold them. My friends are so accommodating and almost always allow it.
Evelyn wants a baby sister so much at the moment - I think mostly due to Cathy having had her baby so recently. She always asks if I have a baby in my tummy, and she picks out baby girl dresses in the store for, and I quote, "my unborn baby sister." Where she heard that term? I have no idea. Well, I hate to break it to her- but we are definitely enjoying our family dynamic just as it is for now. But I do feel badly for baby Colby (Cathy's baby.) He has to take turns being held by Evy and Dane- over and over again, every time they are over-- poor little guy!!
