A special moment

I've been trying to spend some time this month every day with Evelyn- teaching her about Christmas and the Savior.  This morning,  we were listening to one of my very favorite Christmas carols as part of our devotional and I guess I was having a particularly emotional morning, so I teared up a bit.  Evelyn was concerned.  "Mom-- why are you crying?"  Caught off guard, I tried to find the right words to explain.  I simply said.. "well, I guess I just love Jesus so much and this song is about Him."  

Strange look from her and then, "well, Mom! I love Jesus too, but I don't cry about it!"  

It was a special moment :)
