The kids and I headed out to California a few days before Blake. He called the second day of our trip and Evelyn insisted on talking with him. It was so funny. She walked around the room with her arms gesturing here and there. Her little voice recounting the trip thus far: “Dad… everything is going great over here….but I’m having a few issues.”
And what were these issues?
She went on to explain that Dane kept waking her up at night and that she really didn’t know what to do about it. It was kind of funny because earlier in the day I had told Blake pretty much that exact same thing using the exact same wording! Guess she gets most of her “issues” from her mom.
