Grandma and Grandpa planned so much fun for the kids during our visit. But some of their favorite times were just lounging around the house, swimming, eating, and playing with the FUN toys that were everywhere. An indoor roller coaster, a basketball hoop, my little ponies, cars and garages. It was a blast for them. Grandma even brought out her little dolls from when she was a young girl- along with all of the doll clothes that she had saved. Evelyn was thrilled beyond words. I was excited because Nancy had saved a darling Shirley Temple doll! (I’ve always loved Shirley Temple.) It was fun to watch Evelyn play with these treasures.
