Our last Halloween in Brooklyn!
Even though Grant and I had only been out of the hospital one day, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to walk through the Haunted Forest in Prospect Park! The kids love it – and it was such a beautiful fall day. With three adults to three children—it wasn’t too bad! Grant was perfect and enjoyed being outside. Evelyn and Dane were in heaven seeing all of the children and adults walking around in costume. Evy was so brave--- as always—while we walked through the forest. She knows the drill by now… if you don’t want the ghouls to come close, you hold up a sign they give you at the entrance. It was cute to watch her show off her bravery. Dane was a bit more hesitant this time around. But he enjoyed the festivities as well. It was a fun first outing for our family of 5!
