Church was cancelled due to the snow storm we had the night before. So we enjoyed the day with friends—eating waffles, relaxing, and then walking around our neighborhood in all of the fresh fallen snow. Dane and Blake made a snowman, snow angels and a bunch of snowballs. Evelyn made a chair for herself in the snow, and a bunch of tracks.
I love the first day of snow… it’s the second, third, fourth and fifth day that I don’t love as much. (You should see me trying to parallel park between the piles of dirty snow! Not a pretty sight.)
