Here are Dane and Evelyn spending a good part of a spring day laying on the grass, chasing after one another and picking little yellow flowers.
Evelyn uses the flowers in her hair. She attempts to make a necklace. She then scatters the flowers all over the grass.
And Dane? Well, he just keeps presenting me with one flower after another. At one point I have over 20 of them in my hands. And he’s so thrilled by his gesture—it doesn’t grow old at all.
I am one lucky mom!
