The Ol' Swimming Hole

A favorite summer tradition for our family-- we LOVE taking the ferry over to Anderson Island and visiting The Ol' Swimming Hole.  The water is a little on the chilly side... but well worth the dive in! So refreshing!  The water slides are a huge perk for Dane and Evie-- as is swimming over to the far off dock!  Grant and Dane had a blast trying to capture little fish swimming here and there.  And Anna just loved playing in the sand and shallow water.  For me.... I enjoyed picnicking with my mom and sisters and chatting it up the entire day while the kids played.  Doesn't get better than that for me!
