DOGS! Anna is obsessed! Such a cute reaction every time she sees anything that looks remotely like a dog; we see her little tongue hang out of her mouth and hear a panting sound. Then, "dog, dog, dog, dog" as she races towards her object of affection.
Yogurt drinkables, chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, bananas, pancakes and peanut butter are a few of Anna's current food favorites.
Favorite activities include- playing outside... typically chasing after the boys as they chase after crickets or spiders, racing cars alongside the boys, jumping on the trampoline with sister, practicing somersaults, kicking the soccer ball around in the garage with her brothers, putting her baby dolls to bed, taking a bath with 30 to 40 hotwheels which she pretends to race around the side of the tub, coloring and drawing with markers, brushing her teeth, reading books.
Ways you have grown:
Communication has grown leaps and bounds these past few months as Anna has started to increase her vocabulary, along with her receptive language abilities. Sleeping is fabulous-- typically through the night for 12-13 hours and one 2 hour nap during the day. Anna can now RUN not walk to her preferred destination! Though she rarely runs away from Mom or Dad (thankfully!) She will start nursery THIS SUNDAY!!! Mom's a little nervous to let her precious little one loose amongst so many toddlers... yikes! Anna is in the 50th percentile for weight and 75th for height. She gives the best little hugs and kisses on earth and will dance with 100 percent predictability when a fast pace song comes on. Anna loves music and reading. She loves coloring and playing independently in her room with "little people" and stuffed animals. Anna adores her siblings and has a very special relationship with her father. She will always put her head down on our shoulders when we carry her... she actually squeezes and pats our backs while being held! Such a joy! If anyone at home is sad or crying... we call out "ANNA" and she'll run over as fast as her cute little legs can carry her towards the offended child and give a huge hug and kiss. Totally cures even the most saddest of sad child in our home!
