The San Diego temple is simply stunning any time of year. It’s magical! And we are so blessed to live 25 minutes away! At Christmas time the temple is even more stunning and it has been such a fun tradition to go down with friends and view the lights on display... along with the beautiful nativity. Of course, Anna was mesmorized by the baby Jesus, Mary and Joseph.... she kept trying to sneak inside the scene when adults weren’t looking--- that girl! We enjoyed the spirit we felt as we walked the grounds and then promptly lost the spirit as the kids started rolling down the enormous hill at the backside of the temple! But, kids will be kids! Afterwards we enjoyed smores and fun times with friends.
