We had such a wonderful visit with my parents this past week. Swimming, tennis, projects, shopping, celebrating Dane’s birthday! It was truly a treat for our family. Of course the highlight for Evelyn and Dane was a sleepover at the hotel with Grammy and Papa—and then a surprise trip to Legoland the next day! It was so cute to hear all about the good times, the rides, the legos that they now would like to purchase ( we have none at the moment) and so on.
I have the best parents in the world and I’m so grateful that they don’t mind popping down to San Diego a few times a year to be with us. It is always a special time filled with wonderful memories and this visit was no exception!
