Oh boy! Our little girl home alone at 16 months misses those brothers and sister like crazy, I tell you! She walks around from activity to activity, trying with all her might to entertain her little self. But sorely missing her siblings who are always there to make life just a lot more interesting. You better believe the second we pick Evie, Dane and Grant up... she is hugging and now has even advanced to kissing each and every one of them. And they are every bit as thrilled to see her. It’s a happy reunion to say the least.
What keeps my little one entertained during the day, you might ask? Well.... coloring, watching Elmo, asking for snacks, wondering around out back, putting her babies in their cribs-- with a blanket on top, cuddling her stuffed dog,emptying every drawer in my kitchen, playing with my make-up, pretending to talk on the phone, reading stories to herself. She’s the sweetest little girl.
And though pretty near perfect in every way, I did document this tantrum the first day of school. I wanted a picture to remind myself that the child actually did misbehave every once in a while.
