Uncle Mike and Aunt Jessica's visit

We had such a great week with Uncle Mike and Aunt Jessica in town!  So fun to see baby Wade again and to get some good quality time in with the little guy.  He is super duper cute and sweet.  We don't get to see our baby cousins enough, so the kids were in heaven.  It was our honor and pleasure to introduce Wade to the beach for the first time in his little life.  He wasn't a huge fan of the freezing cold water, but it was still a lot of fun and perfect beach weather.  We enjoyed visiting the local farmer's market, sightseeing downtown and shopping around the beautiful fashion valley mall.  Oh yeah.... five kids at the mall is no trouble whatsoever! ha!

It was so fun to go out one evening just the adults.  Mike's always good for a laugh-- he missed his calling in life as a comedian. Evelyn enjoyed a guitar lesson and watching Mike and Jessica perform some of their dance routines for the big upcoming dance festival schedule this summer in WA.  They were just asked to teach the entire stake the dances!!

 We had to laugh on our last day together, we stopped in for frozen yogurt;  it was a self serve kind of set up and the kids ran to grab their cups and start filling.  Now, we hadn't been to fro yo in quite a while and without Blake there to help out, the kids got a little overly excited!  I was taking care of Anna and talking with Mike and Jess and before I knew it.... Dane had come back with the equivalent of 2 pints of frozen yogurt in his cup!  You can imagine I received quite a few glares from other parents' in the check out line.  Oh man! Good think I don't care too much what other parents think.... haha!  It was pretty funny.  We had a wonderful visit and hope to have the Stevens family back soon!
